How does posting work?
Free includes guided copying: prepare your listing, copy its fields, download your media, and finish publishing on the marketplace. Paid plans also allow automatic posting for eligible eBay and Shopify listings with connected accounts and completed setup. A marketplace logo does not mean automatic posting is available. Property listings use guided posting.
Do the three free AI drafts renew?
No. Free includes three introductory drafts per account, with one photo per request and optional pricing research. They do not reset each month. Paid plans include a monthly allowance that resets on the first of the month in UTC. Failed generations do not consume your allowance. AI suggestions need your review.
Will I be charged automatically?
Free has no subscription charge. At checkout, card purchases prepay the selected month or year without automatic renewal. PayPal subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until canceled in Billing or PayPal. Paid features activate after verified payment.
What is the Gold seller tier?
Business includes Gold seller benefits, including public property details and seller-approved property contact information. You control whether property addresses and contacts are shown. Marketplace eligibility and property rules still apply.
Does Relay sync sales across marketplaces?
No. After an item sells, update its inventory status and end any other marketplace listings to avoid selling the same item twice.
